As India celebrates World Wildlife week, starting 1st October, musician Raghu Dixit of The Raghu Dixit Project, has spoken out against the practise of using animals in circuses. "If you want entertainment, just call Raghu Dixit. Don't go to zoo’s and circuses and see animals in trauma", says Dixit.
Animal rights rarely make news in India, but PETA, well known for its smart campaigns to highlight animal rights, has once again come up with a clever way of keeping the issue alive.

Superhero film ‘Krrish 3’ is the first Indian film to launch Facebook stickers to publicise the movie
If you are a fan of home grown superhero flicks, then Krrish 3 has come up with an interesting way to express your love for the franchise. The makers of Krrish 3 have launched a collection of Facebook Stickers, a special set of emoticons for the movie. This is in line with similar promotional campaigns done for the ‘Minions’ from Despicable Me 2 and ‘Snoopy’ from Peanuts.
The Krrish 3 stickers include common expressions and activities people use every day like happy, sad, drinking coffee, working late or partying with friends. Each emotion has been created with one of the 3 central characters Krrish (Hrithik Roshan), Kaya (Kangana Ranaut) and Kaal (Vivek Oberoi). The emoticons also include special phrases like ‘I Love You’, ‘Call Me’ and the ‘Krrish- The Protector ‘sticker.
Krrish 3 is due for release November 3rd
