Last year, when  Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe merged, experts opined that the India merger of the two firms will wait till the earnout of Cohn & Wolfe Six Degrees is through. Since then reliable market sources have stated that this will only happen post 2020.

“As 6° BCW and with the full strength of BCW network behind us, our ability to deliver data-driven and breakthrough solutions for our clients becomes even stronger", said James.

“It’s been an exciting journey since we first began as a start-up 10 years ago to where we are today, as part of one of the largest integrated communications networks in the world,” added Seth. “We are excited for the opportunities that BCW’s expertise, scale and strong offerings will allow us to bring to our clients across India.”

Earlier in 2019, Genesis Burson-Marsteller, which joined the WPP network in 2005, rebranded to Genesis BCW.
