Sakshi Choubey appointed as Blue Vector COO

Blue Vector, the young Gurgaon-based design and communications agency has roped in Sakshi Choubey as the new chief operating officer of the company. This follows their decision to expand to Bangalore earlier this month. This makes Choubey one of the youngest COO's in the PR and digital communication space.

Choubey joins from WordsWork where she worked as a senior communications consultant and sports lead, dealing with brands such as Hockey India, Yuvraj Singh and YWC – his fashion brand and Hero Women’s Indian Open (Golf).

"Sakshi’s incredible PR skills and her substantial experience will contribute positively to our growing team,” said Piyush Kedia, founder and CEO of Blue Vector. "Since our inception, we have consistently tried to build a team of responsible leaders. Sakshi will not only be able to put her decision-making powers to great use; she can bring the best out of our team. Her PR prowess will make client interaction one of our strengths, we are hoping. Working with Sakshi will enable us to focus on our core talents while learning how to manage traditional forms of marketing as well,” he added.

“I am very excited to take on a decision-making role. My immediate objective is to bring brand creation under one roof, try and merge several marketing approaches to achieve the best solution for whatever promotion requirement our clients might come to us with. My previous experience will assist my vision, no doubt, but it’s really on my current learning of digital media that I am looking to rely on,” said Choubey.

Blue Vector currently handles the digital mandate for brands such as Audi (Delhi & Gurgaon), Porsche (Gurgaon), Molecule, Manhattan, Whisky Samba, and iZenica, to name a few.
