Dublin based medical devices giant Medtronic which offers a range of products of services for cardiology, diabetes and minimally invasive surgery has been present in India since 1979.
During the pandemic, Medtronic India, like many other firms, faced the challenge of keep their services going while keeping their workforce safe. Given that Medtronic employees often find them at hospitals and present in operation theatres, correct and sustained communication was crucial.
