BCW's Matt Stafford Holds India Teams Town Hall for Upcoming July 1, Burson Merger

Earlier this week, BCW's global president, practices & sectors, BCW, Matt Stafford held a town hall with the CEOs and teams of Genesis BCW and Hill and Knowlton India.
A LinkedIn post by Genesis BCW and Six Degrees BCW, on Thursday, stated, "As we move closer to the formation of Burson on July 1, Matt Stafford, global president, of practices & sectors, BCW, outlined the way forward on how the BCW and Hill & Knowlton India teams will integrate in the months to come.

WPP first announced the merger of Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe to create Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) in 2018.
In January 2024, WPP then announced the merger of its two largest communications agencies, Hill & Knowlton and BCW, to be named Burson after the legendary late Harold Burson, a pioneer and founding figure of modern public relations and strategic communications.

The newly formed Burson will have more than 6,000 employees in 43 markets worldwide. In India, the combined entity should have an estimated 600 employees.
