She was previously working with the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers'​ Association (IEEMA) as director of PR and corporate communications.

Sahdev is a seasoned and passionate branding and communication evangelist with an exceptional work record of leading global Mar-Com/Corp Comm/ KM initiatives.

She is a graduate of commerce from Delhi University and a master of arts from Annamalai University.
