Zeno Group have published the findings of their Digital Readiness Survey 2012 and released this infographic highlighting the results.
Astonishingly, it reveals that more than a third of CEOs still fail to consider social media reputation when making business decisions. In addition, more than 10 per cent of organisations will not take any action when damaging comments or articles are published online.
