Speaker line-up announced for The Situation Room: Building India for the Future, 6 August, Delhi
Jayant Chaudhary, the Hon. Union Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Independent Charge), will deliver the Special Address at The Situation Room – Building India for the Future, a half-day forum hosted by Zeno Group India in partnership with PRmoment India in New Delhi on 6 August 2026.
The inaugural edition of the forum brings together senior leaders from government, industry, media, public policy, academia and corporate communications to examine the opportunities and pressures shaping India's development journey — geopolitical shifts, technological disruption, supply-chain transformation and the energy transition.
The Situation Room takes place on 6 August 2026 in Delhi, beginning with a networking lunch at 2.00pm. Attendance is by invitation. Session 1: Mapping India's Strategic Exposure moderated by Abhishek Gulyani, opens the discussion by asking where India is most vulnerable in a volatile global environment.
The panel features Priyanka Chaturvedi, former Member of Parliament and distinguished professor of practice at O.P. Jindal Global University; Jaivir Singh, vice chairman of PwC India Foundation and advisor to chairman, PwC India; Rakesh Swami, group president and head of corporate affairs at Godrej Industries; and Hisham Mundol, chief advisor, India, at the Environmental Defense Fund.
Session 2: Defining the Policy and Growth Agenda for Viksit Bharat — Energy, Tech and FMCG moves from risk to the growth agenda across three sectors that will carry much of it.
Moderated by Paarul Chand, Editor-in-Chief of PRmoment India, the panel brings together Apurv Kumar Mishra, consultant, PMEAC, NITI Aayog; Anil Patni, director of corporate affairs and communication at Vikram Solar; and Kunwar Himmat Singh, director of corporate affairs, sustainability and societal initiatives at Nestlé India.
Session 3: Building the Coalition for Viksit Bharat — Government, Industry and Citizen (4.35pm) turns to execution and who needs to be at the table.
Moderated by Megha Choubey, AVP at Zeno Group India, the session features Aaditya Tiwari, head of public affairs at Kuku Technologies; Sudhir Mishra, founder and managing partner at Trust Legal Advocates & Consultants; and Siddharth Sharma, chief information and innovation officer at Digi Yatra Foundation.
Session 4: The India–ASEAN Decade closes the programme by looking outward at India's most consequential regional relationship.
Also moderated by Megha Choubey, the panel features Milind Deora, Member of Parliament, Shiv Sena; Akanksha Swarup, foreign affairs editor at Times Now; David Lian, regional president, Asia Pacific at Zeno Group; and Bhuvan Bagga, south asia correspondent at Agence France-Presse.
