A Forum for Conversations That Matter

The Situation Room is a curated forum that brings together leaders from government, business, communications, academia, and civil society to discuss the issues shaping India’s future.

At a time when conversations about economic growth, public policy, technology, and societal change too often happen in silos, the forum creates a shared space for candid, solution-oriented dialogue — focused on practical insight and real outcome

Purpose

An initiative by Zeno Group in partnership with PRmoment India, it focuses on a shared belief: better decisions emerge from better conversations.

Enabling cross-sector exchange and forward-looking, the forum aims to encourage real dialogue between public- and private-sector stakeholders, encourage collaboration on shared challenges and opportunities, and promote informed discussion on the policy, economic, and societal issues shaping India’s future.

Building India for the future

Abhishek Gulyani, managing director, India and head of corporate affairs, Asia Pacific, Zeno Group, said," India today stands as a confident global leader, driven by one of the world’s fastest-growing economies and increasing influence across geopolitics, technology, innovation, and global trade. This moment of unprecedented growth presents an opportunity to shape the country’s next chapter with purpose and ambition. Challenges and opportunities of this scale can’t be met through isolated conversations.

That’s why we created The Situation Room, and why the inaugural theme is “Building India for the Future.” We’re not interested in sessions that trade talking points and end where they started.

The Situation Room keeps it honest and evidence-led: we name the real problems, identify the opportunities, and leave with practical ideas, actionable solutions, and a shared commitment to move them forward."

Paarul Chand, editor-in-chief, PRmoment India, added: The Situation Room began with a question we kept returning to at PRmoment: where do the people actually shaping India’s future have an honest conversation — on the record where it counts? We have therefore partnered with this Zeno initiative to make it exactly that room: rigorous, candid, and genuinely useful, not another panel that says the safe thing. Convening the right people is only half of it; what’s said once they’re there is what matters.”

Better conversations equal better decisions

Megha Choubey, associate VP at Zeno Group, said, "The Situation Room is built on a simple belief: better decisions emerge from better conversations.

By bringing together the right voices and perspectives, the forum aims to shape discourse, inform action, and contribute to a more informed and engaged stakeholder ecosystem.

The discussion will focus on broad themes such as aligning public and private sector priorities, moving from consultation to genuine co-creation, and building trust through transparent and inclusive communication. and the evolving role of corporate and public affairs leaders in shaping national conversations."

Inaugural Theme:  Building India for the future?

The inaugural edition is centred on the theme “Building India for the Future.”

As India navigates rapid economic, technological, and geopolitical change, the forum will explore the ideas, partnerships, and policies needed to drive sustainable growth and support the country’s development ambitions. It will convene policymakers and government representatives, business and industry leaders, corporate and public affairs professionals, communications and reputation experts, academics, economists, policy specialists, technology leaders and innovators, and representatives from think tanks, industry associations, and the senior press.

By bringing these perspectives into one room, The Situation Room aims to foster meaningful dialogue, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and generate insights that can help inform India’s growth and development
