Aashish Washikar has joined IT solutions firm Maveric Systems as the head of corporate communications. Washikar earlier led the corporate communication function at Tech Mahindra and GlobalStep. He also worked at HyperText (now Archetype) and Windchimes Communications. 

Maveric Systems offers IT solutions, mainly for Fintech and banking firms ranging from core mobile banking solutions to compliance, engineering and data management.

Aashish, who also has an executive business degree from IIM Calcutta, will be based in Bengaluru.
