Adfactors PR acquires strategic stake in Yorke Communications

Adfactors PR, India’s largest public relations firm by revenue, has made a strategic investment in Bengaluru-based specialised content company, Yorke Communications. Yorke Communications was co-founded by veteran communications professionals Matilda and Peter Yorke in 2008.

This acquisition boosts Adfactors PR’s content capabilities and allows it to grow further beyond its roots of a financial PR firm. Adfactors says that this service will be offered to its B2B, B2C and B2G clients who stand to benefit from integrated communication services, digital marketing, content creation and distribution.

It will enhance our core offering, as well as market access. For Yorke, it will offer a much larger platform for their offerings. Under the terms of agreement, Yorke Communications will continue to operate as an independent company, under the leadership of Peter Yorke. The transaction was advised by NA Shah Associates, Chartered Accountants.
