Amit Bajaj, previously with Nissan India, is the head of communications for insurance firm Guardian India since August 2019.
An award-winning communication professional, Bajaj will handle both corporate communication and brand communication for the international insurance firm.
Amit Bajaj told PRmoment India that apart from the work he would be doing to create awareness for Guardian, the firm's values that focused on people, transparency and high standards attracted him greatly.
Prior to joining Guardian, Bajaj was the lead – PR content strategy at Nissan Motors for Africa, Middle East and India region.
In 2018, he was recognized as a ‘Marketing Influencer’ by DMAasia for his contribution to advance marketing practices in the automotive industry. In the same year, he also secured the ‘Most Influential Content Marketing Professional’ Award from the World Marketing Congress.
In the past, he led brand image and digital marketing for Michelin in India and also communications for GE's Global Compensation Practice.
