Arpit Garg has joined The Weber Shandwick Collective as president, Weber Shandwick India and head of Weber Advisory India. He is based in Mumbai and stepped into the role in January 2026.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Arpit shared his enthusiasm about beginning a new chapter with the organisation, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.
Arpit joins Weber Shandwick Collective after a successful stint of over six years at Adfactors PR, where he most recently served as senior vice president. In this role, he played a key part in shaping the firm’s strategic communications offering, co-leading the strategic communications group and working closely with top leadership teams on complex advisory assignments.
Earlier in his career, he worked with organisations including Genesis BCW, Siemens, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, and Concept Public Relations, building a strong foundation in corporate communications, crisis and reputation management, financial communications, and integrated campaigns.
