Chinmay Shah has joined global programme management consultancy Turner & Townsend as associate director – change communications lead. Earlier this month the project consultancy major reported record growth with annual revenues of 5.67 billion pounds in 2025.
In Shah's new role, he will support enterprise change and transformation initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders across India and the APAC region to enable effective communication and engagement during periods of organisational change. His work will focus on helping colleagues adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working as part of ongoing business integration and transformation programmes.
Chinmay brings with him a career built around helping organisations communicate growth, strategy, projects, and purpose. The move sees him apply that experience in a new context — one centred on large-scale transformation and guiding people through change.
