India, a PR-led integrated communications agency, marks International Women’s Day 2026, “PowerPause”, an appreciation aimed at recognising and honouring the various contributions women balance both within and beyond the workplace. The agency reinforces that respect and opportunity must always remain free of gender bias, and that celebrating women means recognising them in their entirety, not just by their designations.
As part of the initiative, all women employees will log off 60 minutes early on Friday, 6th March 2026, an hour dedicated purely to their “me time.”
Commenting on the initiative, Smita Vichare Pednekar, senior vice president - HR, Concept Public Relations India, said, “Behind every deadline met, every campaign delivered, and every milestone achieved, there are women who give far more than what is visible. They carry ambition with grace, responsibility with resilience, and compassion with strength." PowerPause’ is a small but sincere acknowledgment of the many roles women embrace, as leaders, creators, caregivers, dreamers, and change makers."
