philmCGI, Pune-based award-winning animation and visual effects studio behind acclaimed titles such as Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar: The Revenge, Stranger Things, Sacred Games and Jubilee, has appointed ElevenUP as its strategic communications and social media partner for its PAN India mandate.
