Emparraa, North Karnataka’s first creative public relations and marketing agency, has secured the public relations mandate for Café Demis, the latest venture by Mangaluru-based Demifoods, as it looks to strengthen its presence and build a footprint across India.

The partnership will encompass media relations, brand storytelling and strategic positioning for Café Demis, with a focus on strengthening its presence in Mangaluru and building greater visibility for the brand. As Demifoods builds on its café business with Café Demis and looks to expand across markets, Emparraa will work towards shaping a distinctive narrative around this new chapter, driving conversations around café culture, community, growth and customer experience.

Commenting on securing the mandate, Jinal Nagda, founder & CEO, Emparraa, said, "What excites us about Café Demis is the opportunity to work with a brand that has a clear sense of identity and a strong point of view on the café experience. Storytelling has always been at the heart of how we build brands at Emparraa, and this partnership gives us an opportunity to take that approach into the hospitality space in a more experiential and creative way."

"We want to find fresh, unexpected ways to tell the Demis story and build a brand that becomes part of larger conversations around café culture, community and lifestyle."

Speaking on the partnership, Rajesh Menezes, founder, Demi Networks and Café Demis, said, "Demi Networks has always been driven by the idea of exploring new opportunities and building businesses that create meaningful experiences. Café Demis marks our entry into the food and beverage space and is an exciting new chapter for us. At Café Demis, we have always wanted to create more than just a place for coffee or food. We see Demis as a social space for everyday life, where people can come together, celebrate, connect and make even the simplest moments memorable. As we look beyond Mangaluru and plan to take Demis to new markets across India, we look forward to working with Emparraa to tell this story authentically and introduce the Demis experience to a much wider audience."
