Facio Communications appoints Kusum Makhija as vice president, strategy and business development

Facio Communications, today announced the appointment of Kusum Makhija as vice president, strategy and business development. In her new role, Kusum will be leading strategy, internal and external communication campaigns, brand initiatives for clients across verticals. She will also drive business expansion for Facio across India.

Kusum, who will be reporting to Abhishek Gulyani, founder and principalcConsultant, joins Facio Communications from Mercer Consulting India, where she was leading the communications function for their shared services organisation in India and Poland. Kusum comes with an extensive experience of over 15 years in corporate communications, public relations and journalism.

In the past, she has worked with organizations like Capgemini, RBS, HCL and Encore Capital Group. Kusum Makhija said, " My focus will be to enhance Facio’s value proposition and drive use of content, video and digital for our client’s in the India market.”
