FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) has announced the launch of its Energy Transition and Industrial Transformation Advisory service in India with the appointment of Sarang Dublish as a senior director.
Based in Mumbai, Dublish brings more than 15 years of corporate finance, transactions, and tax and regulatory risk advisory experience in the energy and industrial sectors. Dublish will work with the 'Global Power, Renewables & Energy Transition' team, with colleagues across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
“The path to net zero will create winners and losers. Organizations that integrate clean technologies in their industrial value chains earlier will find the energy transition relatively easier. This new advisory service marks a strategic investment by FTI Consulting to solve a complex ecosystem and enterprise problem with a multidisciplinary team,” said Amrit Singh Deo, a senior managing director at FTI Consulting.
“As the fifth-largest economy globally, India and its market participants face deep challenges in decarbonizing industrial processes, integrating clean technologies and progressing down net-zero pathways. We look forward to working with Sarang and Amrit on energy transition in India and ensuring global support for clients in this critical journey,” said Christopher LeWand, a senior managing director and global leader of the 'Power, Renewables & Energy Transition' practice at FTI Consulting.
