Germin8 raises $3 million in funding from Kaalari Capital

Big data analytics firm, Germin8 Solutions PVT Ltd has announced their acquisition of USD 3 million from their Series-A funding from Kaalari Capital.
The money is set to strengthen Germin8’s positioning within India through sales and marketing, as well as helping them to expand to international markets.
Germin8 also plans to invest in new product development and the expansion of the R&D team.
Germin8’s technology platform is, today, used across marketing, corporate communications, customer care and sales functions at over 100 leading brands such as MTV, Marico, ICICI Prudential, Godrej Industries, Johnson & Johnson and Asian Paints.
Ranjit Nair, CEO of Germin8 says: “With this investment by Kalaari Capital, we hope to make our technology available to companies outside India as well, even as we aim to consolidate our position as a significant analytics player in the Indian market.”
