Google's Gaurav Bhaskar adds South-East and South Asia to India corp comm and public affairs duties

Gaurav Bhaskar, director of corporate communications and public affairs for Google has added South-East and South Asia to his mandate along with India.
Bhaskar, who has been with Google India for over 13 years, announced his expanded role on LinkedIn over the weekend.
He said, " 'I'm excited to add a new chapter with the additional responsibility of Southeast Asia and South Asia based out of Singapore. I will keep shuttling between India and Singapore."
Bhaskar joined Google in 2009 as global communications and public affairs manager. He started his career with Indiamart.com in 1999 and has since worked with various firms, including Genesis BCW and Rediff.com.
