Iknoor Kaur to join Skillr as VP - Branding & Communications

Iknoor Kaur is set to join Skillr, an HR Tech Startup based in India & the US as VP - branding and communications.
As part of Skillr, she will be working in the founder's office, leading all brand and communication functions while being closely involved with building the product brand.
Iknoor is a brand communications specialist, Chevening Scholar and former journalist with focus on politics, conflict, social justice and public affairs.
After working for 7 years as a journalist, Iknoor shifted to brand communications in March 2020 with SPAG as senior manager - brand communications.
Before the shift, she concluded a four-month long stint with Radio Current Affairs for BBC World Service in London as part of a Chevening Scholarship Work Placement.
She has worked with news organisations like The Pioneer, NewsX, Times Now and the BBC World Service and a communications consultancy in Wales called Hyderus. She is a Cardiff University alumna.
Most recently, Iknoor was a finalist representing India at the ICCO Next Gen PR World Cup 2021.
