Jeyasingh Balakrishnan has taken on an expanded role as group head CSR at Metropolis Healthcare, alongside continuing to lead corporate communications.

 Balakrishnan stated on a LinkedIn post that, "This feels like a natural extension of my journey, working on CSR and sustainability communications at Cipla and Hetero, and earlier partnering with organisations like Ability Foundation and other NGOs during my time at Grey. These experiences have shaped how I approach purpose led work. I believe CSR is not just about intent, but about consistent engagement, inclusivity, and a willingness to listen and learn.

In my initial months at Metropolis, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with our CSR initiatives and understand how more collaborative approaches can strengthen long term outcomes."
