JSW Cement Ltd, part of the $11 billion JSW Group with interests in Steel, Energy and Cement has awarded its PR & Media relations mandate to i9 Communications which is a part of Comniscient Group (Blue Lotus, Blue Bytes and Trust Research Advisory).
Speaking on the development Mr. Rahul Akkara, AVP Brand, JSW Cement Ltd said, "Given i9’s prowess in developing communications campaigns for brands that are looking to enter a competitive market and educate the target audiences, create visibility and drive recall for the brand and their past successes; we decided on appointing i9 Communications as our PR & Media relations partner."
Speaking on the win Mr. Subhash Pais, Business Head and Founder i9 Communications, India said, "We are proud to have bagged this particular mandate. The most interesting thing about JSW Cement is that it enters a very competitive market with a completely new concept and needs to educate and create visibility with the intent to eventually turn the current market towards its products and gain leadership status within the industry.
