Leadership shift at Ruder Finn India: Shivaram Lakshminarayan promoted to MD, CEO Atul Sharma Steps Down

NEW DELHI – 7/01/2026: Ruder Finn, today announced the elevation of Shivaram Lakshminarayan to managing director, Ruder Finn India. 

Shivaram joined Ruder Finn India in 2024 as the COO, overseeing client solutions and leading new business efforts. In this capacity, he worked closely with business practices, global teams and played a key role in optimizing operational efficiencies.Shiv will be supported in his role by Malvika Sinha, who has recently been appointed as the chief client officer for Ruder Finn India.

Atul Sharma moves on as CEO Ruder Finn India and Middle East 

Atul Sharma, who led Ruder Finn India is leaving the group. “I’d like to extend my thanks to Atul for his contributions to Ruder Finn, for his leadership in driving our business and our teams. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours,” said Kathy Bloomgarden.
