LinkedIn today released a list of Top Midsize Companies highlighting firms setting their employees up for success, from law firms to public relations agencies. The list features locally headquartered companies, with at least 250 employees in India and fewer than 5,000 globally.

The list highlights 15 workplaces in India to grow your career.

Companies are ranked basis support their employees to find long-term career success — from the skills they’re gaining to the opportunities to advance internally. 

Figuring in the top 10, along with firms such as Khaitan & Co, MakeMyTrip, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Aragen Life Sciences and Nykaa is Adfactors PR, India's largest PR firm.

Methodology 

LinkedIn data was used to rank Adfactors PR and other firms based on eight pillars that have been shown to lead to career progression: ability to advance; skills growth; company stability; external opportunity; company affinity; gender diversity; educational background and employee presence in the country. 

LinkedIn also said that the companies selected in the list have, "Attrition no higher than 10% over the methodology time, based on LinkedIn data."

Similarly, organisations that have had layoffs of 10% or more of their workforce based on corporate announcements or public, reliable sources between January 1, 2024, and the list launch, are not eligible for the list.
