Madhu Chhibber joins HDFC Bank as head of corporate communications

Madhu Chhibber, former CEO of Madison PR, has joined HDFC Bank as the head of corporate communications.

HDFC Bank is one of India’s leading private banks and was among the first to receive approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a private sector bank in 1994. Today, HDFC Bank has a banking network of 5,779 branches and 17,238 ATM's in 2,956 cities/towns.

A Jesus and Mary College alumni, Chhibber started her career with Good Relations serving clients such as Airbus, Cartier and Compaq in 1994.

She has also worked as CEO, Perfect Relations, and acting CMO at the Al Tayer Group. At the multi-billion dollar diversified group Chibber was responsible for all external and internal communications across multiple countries of operation of the company, in the Middle East region.

She is also a council member at the GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc.) a globally leading platform for professional learning.
