Mavcomm Consulting Pvt. Ltd., has announced elevation of Pranjal Dutta to the role of CEO. The company is also celebrating its’ eleventh anniversary.
Pranjal joined Mavcomm Consulting in 2013 as branch head for Mumbai and has steered the company to a position of strength in the Mumbai market garnering fast growth for the company and building a capable team.
“Mavcomm has been charting a steady growth path over the past decade even as the market has been getting crowded with entry of global players and new firms cropping up creating a fiercly compeitive market. We have been working for sometime in creating a strong second-level hierarchy and professionalising the set-up. Too many Public Relations firms suffer from promoter bias where they feel that the promoters know the best and organisations are promoter driven. We think otherwise. It’s important to build up a team of professionals who are aligned with company’s vision, bring their own expertise, showcase ownership & leadership skills and are team players. Pranjal has proved his mettle over the years and has been leading from the front. Over his many years of media experience, Pranjal has been responsible for driving the success behind ad campaigns for multinational brands such as Cadbury, TATA Docomo, Videocon, HDFC Bank and many other BFSI brands.
