Munavar Attari appointed as Chief Client Officer at Burson for India

Burson has appointed Munavar Attari as chief client officer, strengthening its senior leadership team and client engagement capabilities.

Munavar joins the firm from Edelman, where he most recently served as senior vice president and director, leading key regional mandates and client relationships. With over two decades of experience in public relations and communications, he brings deep expertise in managing global clients, crisis communications, and integrated strategy.

In his new role, Munavar will be responsible for leading client engagement, driving growth across mandates, and providing strategic counsel across markets.

Prior to this, he held leadership positions at firms such as FleishmanHillard, Weber Shandwick, and Adfactors PR, building a strong track record across sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer, and corporate communications.
