Namrata Parashar takes over as head of marketing & communications at global automotive systems firm Varroc

Varroc, a prominent player in the global automotive components sector, has brought on board Namrata Parashar as its new head of marketing and communications, marking a strategic move to strengthen the company’s brand influence and stakeholder engagement across markets.

Namrata steps into the role with more than 20 years of diverse experience spanning strategic marketing, branding, public relations, and corporate communication. Before joining Varroc, she served as vice president and head of communications at TransUnion CIBIL, where she played a key role in shaping the organisation’s visibility and reputation. Over her 16-year tenure, she contributed to campaigns that promoted financial awareness, digital adoption, and credit literacy nationwide.

Her appointment signals Varroc’s intent to deepen its communication efforts at a time when technology disruption, new mobility trends, and sustainability are reshaping the automotive ecosystem.
