Serena Menon has been appointed head of communications for APAC at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, covering India, Japan, and Southeast Asia. In this role she wil lead multiple comms team across APAC including Japan.
Menon has previously worked as managing editor ELLE magazine and in senior editorial roles at HT Cafe and HT.
Serena announced the move on LinkedIn, describing APAC as "an incredibly diverse and complex region". She added, " look forward to working with teams across India, Japan, and Southeast Asia to shape what comes next.
The appointment signals the continued strategic importance of the APAC market for Prime Video as it deepens its content investments across the region.
