French carmaker has decided to go with Perfect Relations as their PR agency after a competitive pitch.
Renault India confirmed the news to PRmoment India saying that the company is in a critical growth phase with the upcoming launch of MVP vehicle’ Lodgy’ in April and a compact hatchback codenamed ‘XBA’ in the later of the year. ‘XBA’ is expected to drive volumes for the company.
Renault picked Perfect inspite of the fact that it handles competitor Honda due to the agency’s experience in the auto sector and its network of 18 offices that will be needed to push the PR around the car launched through 2015.
Rohan Sukhatankar, Director, Perfect Relations also told PRmoment India that they had received a letter from Renault this morning confirming their successful pitch.
This will come as a shot in the arm for Perfect Relations, as two of their clients, eBay India and Coca Cola India, are currently in the process of re-pitches.They have also seen a recent flight of talent, including former CEO Valerie Pinto who now heads Weber Shandwick.
