Rishi Seth, the co-founder of Six Degrees PR, is moving on from BCW.
Seth along with co-founder James Zacharia sold Six Degrees and its content and integrated marketing subsidiary Alphabet Consulting to Cohn & Wolfe in September 2015.
Rishi Seth told PRmoment India, "The earnout from the sale of Six Degrees has been complete 2 years and the lock-in period 3 year ago."
Seth added that he now wants to, "Spend some time figuring out his next move keeping in mind the fast-paced development of the PR business, especially post-pandemic."
Founded in 2009, by ex-Text 100 professionals Rishi Seth and Zacharia James, Six Degrees' clients at the time of sale included regional and multinational companies such as Amadeus, Cushman & Wakefield, Dalmia Bharat Group, Hughes, Ingersoll Rand and Nokia.
In 2018, Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe merged, and in 2020 the merged entity BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe), announced that Genesis BCW and Six Degrees BCW will function under one business group in India, namely BCW India.
Deepshikha Dharmaraj heads the combined group BCW India.
