Ruchika Batra has left Samsung India and joined Ericsson. Having spent just over nine years at the South Korean electrical giant, Batra has moved to become Vice President Communications at Ericsson.

Ruchika told PRmoment India that: “The idea is to build on the good work already done by my predecessor and leverage it moving forward. The communication priorities would be not only to focus on external communication but also on internal communication and building brand reputation as well.”

Ruchika adds: “When you come in from another company you do bring in a fresh perspective and I hope to use that to further strengthen the Ericsson brand.”

Before joining Ericcson, Ruchika Batra held the position of Director - Corporate Communications of Samsung South West Asia for just over a year; previously she was General Manager - Corporate Communications at Samsung for nearly eight years.
