Ruder Finn launches RF Thunder in India, will lead corporate, government affairs & digital mandates in India

 Ruder Finn today announced the launch of RF Thunder in India, its Asia centric firm established in Shanghai in 2001 and acquired by Ruder Finn in 2001 . 

RF Thunder will now lead the strategic counsel and execution mandates for reputation management, government affairs & public policy, and digital and social media marketing in India.

These services will naturally be on offer for Ruder Finn clients in India as well. For reputation management, RF Thunder will focus on strategy development, reputation benchmarking, stakeholder segmentation,  and corporate positioning.

The integration with digital and social media will also allow RF Thunder to bring digital communication and audience friendly formats to the traditional advocacy and corporate affairs approach.

Ruder Finn also announced the appointment of Suvir Paul, as executive vice president, to lead RF Thunder in India. Paul, who will report to Ruder Finn India managing director Atul Sharma, has a strong background in public opinion research and insights.

Along with Paul, Proteek Dey, head of digital, RF Thunder will be responsible for creating a digital hub that will integrate traditional public relations with digital marketing and technology development across earned, owned, shared, and paid platforms.
