S Rajan to head Corporate Affairs and Communications for Roche Pharma

Roche Pharma has appointed S Rajan as director – corporate affairs, communications, and CSR for the Indian subcontinent. As a member of Roche’s 'India Leadership Team', he will work to position Roche as a leader and partner of choice in multiple therapy areas, building the global pharma leaders reputation in the region, in addition to collaborating with global teams to provide thrust to the company’s initiatives in the region.

With his expertise in healthcare communications and advocacy, Rajan will play a pivotal role in enabling Roche achieve its commitments to support customers, patients and business growth in the region.”

I am excited to join Roche and build on its strong legacy in India, and play an integral part in its growth journey keeping patients at the core.”

Rajan joins Roche from GE Healthcare, the world’s leading Medical Technology company where he was their head of corporate communications for the South Asia region. He has earlier worked with Abbott, Dr. Reddy’s and ABB.
