Zindagi, India’s popular TV channel showing Pakistani serials launched by Zee Entertainment Enterprises earlier this year, has appointed Think Ink Communications as the consultancy for its national PR responsibilities.
Pakistani serials have always been popular in India and Zindagi has certainly found favour with India viewers as well – mainly due to Fawad Khan – the likeable and good looking hero of Zindagi Gulzar Hain and Humsafar. Serials on Zindagi also follow a format of limited episodes which have struck a chord with an audience used to long drawn out soaps that drag for years.
Think Ink Communications will work strategically towards enhancing the channel’s differentiators and building its brand proposition of a leading premium Hindi channel from the Zee Entertainment Enterprises bouquet.
Commenting on the win, Radhika Nihalani, Co-Founder, Think Ink Communications said, “We are delighted to work with Zindagi which is known for its path-breaking content. This win helps us reinforce our credibility as the preferred communications partner focused on creating customer delight. For Zindagi, we aim to take its stories to consumers and media, making it standout as the preferred general entertainment channel".
Think Ink Communications is a year old start-up which specialises in entertainment PR.
