Zeno Group India hires former adman Ranjeev Vij to head digital services

Zeno Group India has hired Ranjeev Vij as the head of digital innovation and strategy for its India business.

Ranjeev will be in-charge of growing the existing digital capabilities across owned, earned and paid media. He will also be responsible for building the agency's partnership portfolio across marketing technology companies and leading publishers. He will report to Zeno India's managing director, Papri Dev and support John Kerr, Zeno’s chief digital officer & MD Asia-Pacific, in innovative digital transformational projects.

Ranjeev comes from Cognizant Technology Solution in the UK, where he had set up the company’s ‘Digital Marketing Services’ practice in UK, Ireland and Continental Europe. He is a well-known advertising and marketing name with over 20 years of experience - working in leading agencies and start-up digital environments. In his previous stints, he was part of BBDO India startup leadership team and also helped set up Proximity India (the digital, data and CRM arm of BBDO). He has also been associated with McCann, Rediffusion DY&R, Vyas Giannetti Creative, Ogilvy & Mather, Lowe, FCB and Enterprise Nexus.

Zeno group India has been ramping up its capabilities through strategic hiring and partnerships to service its local and regional clients out of India. Currently, the agency works with clients like Times Internet, Breitling, Ducati, Levi’s, Nike, Sony Six, and ConAgra Foods among others in India. Zeno India also manages the APAC mandate for Lenovo Mobile Business Group.
