Former Bloomberg reporter Santanu Chakraborty joins BSE as head of communications

BSE has appointed Santanu Chakraborty as its head of communications. Before joining BSE, he served as a senior consultant at Unshots. He takes over from Yatin Padia.
BSE is one of the oldest stock exchanges in Asia, established in 1875. The strong regulatory environments make the BSE PR job one of the most challenging communication roles across sectors.
With a Masters in Communications from Utah, Chakraborty has worked with firms like Bloomberg LP and Dow Jones Inc
Chakraborty has 20 years of experience in financial media, with a focus on markets, investing, and integrated communications.
He has contributed to various organizations throughout his career, including 63 Moons Technologies Ltd, Reorg, Bloomberg, Dow Jones, International Center for Journalists, University of Utah, Deseret Morning News, and United News of India, demonstrating his extensive content and research expertise.
