Bhumika joins BCG back as a marketing, team lead and will be based out of the Gurgaon office. She rejoins after her previous tenure from Jan 2018 to June 2022, bringing with her a deep understanding of BCG’s core values.
Bhumika has 12+ years of experience in marketing communications, specializing in media relations, communications strategy, internal communications, crisis, digital marketing, event and agency management.
Bhumika has been featured in the PR moment 30 under 30 list of leading communications in India for her outstanding contributions to the field.
Before BCG, she worked with Coca-Cola, wherein she led integrated media strategy, internal communications, CSR campaigns, collaborated with industry media to drive brand messaging, and managed agencies executing communications, digital and creative mandates. Previous to this, she was also with Edelman PR.
Bhumika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in corporate communications from Xaviers Institute of Communications, Mumbai, and a BA in English (Hons) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. When not at work, she is fond of travelling, cooking, and dancing.
