Samsung takes on Kaizzen for corporate PR, Value 360 for product PR mandate in India

Sources told PRmoment India that Samsung has awarded its PR mandate for India to two independent PR firms. Kaizzen has been tapped to handle corporate PR and Value 360 will be implementing product PR for Samsung. This decision took place after a multi-agency pitch.

The mandate has been previously handled by Weber Shandwick, Avian We. and Adfactors PR. Samsung maintains a strong market presence in India, particularly in smartphones and consumer electronics, despite growing competition. Samsung's product portfolio includes Galaxy smartphones (S, Z, A, M series), wearables, laptops (Galaxy Book), QLED/Neo QLED TVs, alongside WindFree air conditioners.

As per Economic Times in FY25 (ending March 2025), its revenue exceeded ₹1.11 lakh crore for the first time, driven largely by mobiles (74% share). Samsung also operates the world's largest mobile factory in Noida (expanded since 2018), with a view to being more cost efficient on the ground and also tie in with the Government's "Make in India" for local production goal.

Last month, a story in Storyboard reported that Samsung has also gone in for a multi-agency pitch for its media and advertising spends.
