Good and Bad PR

SpiceJet’s newest aircraft, named ‘Red Chilli’, has caught everyone’s eye for all the right reasons.
The plane has been decorated with images of the crew, as many others have done before. However on this occasion the pictures featured are of the actual crew on board, 2 captains and 4 cabin crew members.
The idea is extremely personal, acting as a flying poster for SpiceJet, as well as spreading the brand’s motto – “With all our heart” – by printing the strapline alongside the images.
‘Red Chilli’ is one of a large fleet of new Boeing aircrafts.
“All of us in the SpiceJet family are proud of our newest aircraft that has been specially painted to celebrate the spirit and dedication of every single person in SpiceJet, to give their best to customers with all their heart,” said Mr Sanjiv Kapoor, Chief Operating Office (COO), SpiceJet Ltd.
SpiceJet is also launching SpiceMax premium economy seating and a new menu called, “Hot meals, Warm smiles”. It seems SpiceJet has a lot going on at the moment.
