Hindustan Coca - Cola Beverages onboards Himanshu Priyadarshi as chief public affairs, communications and sustainability officer

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has appointed Himanshu Priyadarshi as chief public affairs, communications and sustainability officer effective May 8, 2023. 

As part of the new role, Himanshu will be responsible for stakeholder engagement through public affairs, leading communications, establishing community partnerships, and enhancing the company's corporate reputation.

He will report directly to the chief executive officer for HCCB and will be part of the senior leadership team.

As part of his earlier stints, Himanshu has been associated with organisations such as Tetra Pak, PepsiCo India, Pfizer, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Reliance Industries and Panacea Biotic, where he has been instrumental in strategy building and stakeholder management, communications, and developing sustainability plans for the South Asia region. He has worked with Policy makers, Diplomats, Trade Associations, Academicians and NGOs and delivered business-critical results by leading cross-functional initiatives. He is also an active member of Global & Indian trade associations and many relevant public policy forums.

A masters in general management from Georgia Southern University, USA, he further did his executive education and holds various certifications from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, India, HarvardX and Mica.
