CommsCredible, a firm born in the crucible of Covid, has bagged the PR mandate for Koo which includes working on the brand’s corporate & technology reputation and awareness, amplifying its daily visibility, strategic communication counsel, and media relations.
Reliable sources confirmed the development.The homegrown microblogging platform Koo, is trying to create its own niche by leading social conversations across India's official languages. It was launched in 2020 in Kannada and is now available in 10 different including Assamese, Hindi,Gujarati and English.
In December 2021, Koo achieved the landmark of 20 million app downloads. Among the factors that has driven traction for the app is the push it achieved during the T20 World Cup 2021. Celebrity cricketers used the platform to curate cricket for fans in multiple languages through a campaign titled #SabseBadaStadium.
Started in October 2020, CommsCredible has Grant Thornton Bharat, Picus Capital, PhonePe as its major clients across PR, long form content and branded content collaborations.
