After over 18 years at Perfect Relations, Sunaina Jairath has stepped out to lead the communications team at CRED.

In her new role, she will report to CRED's Miten Sampat, who is also a serial investor in ventures such as Third Wave Coffee.

CRED, a credit card repayment firm, that has since branched out into P2P lending as well. According to Hindu Businessline , in October the firm, crossed the US 4 billion dollar valuation mark after its latest funding round.

Its founder Kunal Shah set up CRED in 2018 and previously founded and sold Freecharge to Snapdeal.

The fintech space in India had already been very active most demonetisation in 2016. But  the pandemic has shot fintech into the limelight even further as technology underwrites virtually every industry in India and globally.
