When the new Prime Minister drives in for his swearing in ceremony in a car made by your company, and has used it extensively while campaigning, it’s naturally great PR for your brand:
Anand Mahindra was quick to seize the opportunity by tweeting about PM Narendra Modi using the Mahindra made Scorpio SUV at Rashtrapati Bhavan:
The buzz is that Mahindra has also written to the Prime Minister asking that the official car, BMW, be replaced by the Scorpio – the company has also offered to make it secure.
