Adfactors co-founder and MD, Madan Bahal put out a detailed Linkedin post today bidding farewell to, "Two of our most innovative leaders that will leave Adfactors PR at the end of December 2020, leaving behind a wealth of ideas."

The post goes on to say that, "Roger Darashah, our disciplined, multilingual COO, will complete his four-year contractual term and move back to Europe. He plans to set up base in Portugal, where he will start his own PR consultancy. 

In his four years at Adfactors PR, Roger did some outstanding work in enhancing proactivity at the grassroots level, and creativity at a strategic level. Thankfully, Roger will continue to provide counsel to some of our key teams and clients in India. So we will miss his presence but not his wisdom."

Bahal added that, "Boby Kurian, senior vice president, strategic communications group, will move to the famous SoftBank Vision Fund to take up the role of director communications, India."

Madan further elaborated that, "In his rather brief stint (by Adfactors standards), Boby strengthened our consulting competence in a big way. He is drawn to SoftBank to fulfil his aspiration – as he says – to work at the intersection of technology, private capital and policy."

Bahal concluded his post by saying "We fondly hope that Roger will continue to be associated with Adfactors PR forever and Boby will come back someday soon-maybe to be at the intersection of technology, private capital and entrepreneurship."
