BlueLotus Advisory (BLA) a network of associates focused on social development announces the launch of the HUM (HIV prevention for Urban MSM) program commissioned by the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF). HUM is a nation-wide multi-lingual digital awareness campaign to drive behavioural change and BLA is looking to partner with a creative and/or integrated agency. Towards that end, BLA is issuing a Request for Proposal, which details the brief for the program and critical milestones.
According to Shivraj Parshad, project manager, HUM, “This program presents agencies with the unprecedented opportunity to change attitudes and behaviour towards HIV by turning the entire universe of associated conventional literature into an incessantly online and engaging awareness campaign for millions of urban MSM” he adds “Ultimately we want to create access to tools and services via their smartphones to contain and reduce the spread of HIV.”
Interested agencies should write in to Shivraj Parshad, asking for the RFP in the subject line and must confirm participation no later than Thursday, 22 June 2017.
Deadlines for submission are July 5 and the process to finalise an agency is expected to close by the third week of July.
