Shree Das, former head of communications at Xiaomi, has joined Lenovo India today as their head of communications. Based in Bengaluru, Das will handle both internal and external communication for the consumer electronics firm.
Das will report to the APAC communications head and will also have a dotted reporting line to Amit Doshi, CMO, Lenovo India.
With 7 years of experience in communication, Das started her career with The PRactice in 2013, rising swiftly through the ranks to reach her current role at Lenovo India.
Das joins at a challenging time for Chinese owned brands in India given the current sentiment.
